I cannot submit my yearly meter reading because I'm on holiday. What happens now?

Are you on holiday, and thus unable to submit your yearly meter reading in time? Then we will estimate your water use.

After we send you the request to submit your yearly meter reading, you have 3 weeks to do so. Are you unable to submit the meter reading in time? Then we will estimate your water use based on your usage history. We will use this estimation for your annual tap water statement.

Does our estimation differ from the real meter reading by 25 m3 or more? Then please contact our customer service to submit the correct yearly meter reading. You will then receive a correction.
