I have a new email address and cannot log in. What do I do now?

I can log in with my old email address

Log in with your old email address and password. Does that work? Then change your email address in My Waternet. Then the next time you log in to My Waternet, you can use your new email address.

This is how to change your email address for tap water

Go to My Waternet and choose log in for tap water.
Log in with your old email address and password.
Go to 'login details' and click on 'change'.
You can now change your email address. Do not forget to click on 'save changes'.

Do you have a new email address but you can still access the mailbox of your old email address? Then you can request a new password. You can log in with your old email address and then change it to the new email address. This is how you do it:

Request a new password, and fill in your old email address.
Then open the mailbox of your old email address.
Set a new password.
Go to My Waternet and choose log in for tap water.
Log in with your old email address and password.
Go to 'login details' and click on 'change'.
You can now change your email address. Do not forget to click on 'save changes'.
You can now log in with your new email address.
