Report water-related issues

Is your disruption not on the map? Please report the disruption or issue to our Waternet. You can reach us 24 hours a day on 0900 93 94.

Investigation into the cause

After receiving your report, Waternet will investigate the situation.

  • Firstly, we will determine the type of water. Is it ground water, waste water, tap water or rainwater?
  • We will also check if work has recently been done in your area.
  • If we can do something about the problem, we will solve it as soon as possible.

The problem might be inside your home. Then you should call a plumber. Waternet is only responsible for the pipes up to the main water shut off valve and the water meter.
