How can I submit an appeal against the ruling regarding my objection?

You have the right to appeal in court via rechtspraak.nl (You are leaving this website). This site provides information on how the appeal process works.

Please submit your appeal in a timely manner

Please submit your appeal within 6 weeks after the date on the ruling regarding your objection. The court will only consider your appeal if it has been submitted on time.

Appeal in writing

You also have the option to submit an appeal in writing. In this case, please send a letter to:
